We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before initiating a return.
Pre-Made Products
Pre-made products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Custom Orders
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes any product created specifically according to your specifications, colors, measurements, or customization instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or alternative resolution. Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable even if unused. If this applies to a product, it will be noted on the product page.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 7–10 business days after we receive your return for processing and for the refund to appear on your statement.
Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us, or if it is returned outside the stated return window.
